Why do I have to pay for a lead if I wasn't hired for the job?

Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that you'll always get to a conversation, quote, or final hiring.
You decide which jobs you acquire contact for, so you have full control over how much you pay.
There are no other fees – if you're busy and don't need new jobs, simply stop expressing interest in new leads.
Can I request a refund for a lead fee?
You may be entitled to a refund if:
